Automate invoicing process, both for drivers and clients.

Business Acumen: not an order taker, business mindset, can push back, provide solutions and guidance.

Supplier Management Program including system configuration, requirements gathering and implementation along with process improvement, working with internal and external business partners on questions, issues and escalations. This included going to a three-day training to learn the back end of the system to perform all system configuration updates and changes.

Global expansion and compliance programs by including fields, documents and region-specific processes in the onboarding system and identifying and resolving process bottlenecks.
